Paweno Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Paweno website and purchases made through the store. They work together with the product information, shipping policy, returns policy, privacy policy, and terms shown during checkout. If a product page or checkout term is more specific to an order, that information also applies to that order.

Product information and availability

We aim to describe products accurately, including materials, dimensions, variants, intended use, care, compatibility, and safety notes. Images may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, or normal product variation. Product availability can change without notice.

Orders, payment, and pricing

Product prices, taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are shown during shopping and checkout. Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Paweno may decline or cancel an order for reasons permitted by law, including an unavailable item, pricing or listing error, suspected fraud or abuse, an address or delivery issue, or a legal or operational restriction. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method unless applicable law requires another remedy.

Shopify and the payment providers available for your location process checkout and payment. Do not send full payment card details to Paweno by email or through a contact form.

Pet safety and responsible use

Use each product only for its intended purpose and follow the product instructions. Choose the appropriate size, inspect pet-use items regularly, supervise use when appropriate, and stop using any item that becomes damaged, unstable, too small, or unsuitable. Paweno product information is not veterinary advice and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

Shipping, returns, and remedies

Shipping and delivery terms are described in the shipping policy. Return eligibility and refund handling are described in the returns policy and any product-specific terms. These policies do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
